How To: Change Password & Self Service Password Reset
How to change your current password:
Windows:
1. Once signed into PC, hit "ctrl" + "alt" + "delete"
2. Hit Change password and enter your old + new password.

Mac:
Change the password when you sign in to the Mac.
You have two passwords, 1 for the Mac and 1 for the Oalty email systems, please see the self-Service Reset Password guide below.
1. On your Mac, choose
> System Settings, then click Users & Groups
in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
2. Click the Info button
next to your username on the right.
4. Enter your current password in the Old Password field.
5. Enter your new password in the New Password field, then enter it again in the Verify field.
6. Click Change Password.
Self-Service Password Reset:
If you have forgotten your password and cannot sign in? Follow the below steps to reset your password by yourself.
1. On a computer or a phone, enter this web address: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
2. Enter your email address and the characters shown for you.

3. Choose how to authenticate yourself. Either by SMS code, call or code from the authenticator app.

4. Proceed to set a new password off your choice. Needs to be complex and contain
- At least 12 characters
- Incl. at least 1 digit
- Incl. at least 1 special character
- Incl. at least both upper and lower case letter

Now you should be able to use new password across your devices and platforms.
